I've fully explored every single lane in this quest but it still says here 99% completed.

    Maybe enter the quest and send a screenshot.
    Also, for your own good, turn off global chat.

    Hmm, strange.

    I wonder if this map had a path or more cut or something?

    (unless I just can't see very well)

    Try running a path and see if it still says 99%

    Hold on... was 4.1.4 that one infamous quest in Act 4 where you actually had to go to the other side then backwards to get on one of the paths?

    If it is, that would explain the 99% - only, that path is now cut by the looks of things.
