Wouldn’t let me open yesterday’s crystal

Rest the game and the crystals have disappeared not there anymore I spent the last of my units on them crystals and the game kept crashing so I rest the game and the crystals have gone not happy !!!!! Could someone let me know what’s going on pleas .

    Sorry to hear about this @Blackpoolreaper. For something like this, the best course of action would be to submit a ticket to our support team and let them know what happened approximately when you bought the crystals, and approximately when you tried to open them. You can contact the support team through the app by clicking the Gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the support button. You can also contact the support team here.
