Just updated the game. I’ve been saving 6* shards for months now waiting on kittys featured to drop in January . This morning when I logged in I had over 300k shards. After the update this evening scrolled to my shards tab and only have 8k. No new champs, no new iso since 2 days in my stash, no increase in gold. Just 300k missing 6* shards. So those of you who are holding shards for next crystal be careful with the update. Sent a ticket to support but hoping to be heard here. Support isn’t reading my problem, only sending the generic responses

    I’m no programmer, but I know enough to think that your account activity must be documented in some database.

    They said in first response that I had several featured crystals opened and some basics opened from 27 Nov to 29 Nov. I replied that yes, 2 featured a from cyber store, and nexus I believe 9 total opened on those days; but none from shards. There was like I said 300k this morning, and now only 8k and none have been opened, no new iso in my stash from today, no increase in gold on my account, and I just did a roster check no new sig levels or any new champs in my account except the 6* sig stones I added to Thor rags for prestige.

    if ur telling the truth (which u probably are) thats horrible. Hope u get real feedback from support
    Honesty is my policy, I wouldn’t be posting here if I could have this simply resolved on my first attempt through support.

    I’m no programmer, but I know enough to think that your account activity must be documented in some database.

    They can see what crystals you open, what sig stones you use, when they were opened and used etc.
