My friend cant get past a portal

    The Portal Exits are presented in a way which allows players to tap on A or B. If there are more Exits, for example C and D, they can be accessed by scrolling the list. If your friend is unable to scroll or it's not working for them, they should reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
