Unit store unavailble

The last 3 days no items in my unit store
I opened a support ticket with no response from Kabam support

Anyone else have this issue?

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first try to go through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you have. If that doesn’t solve the problem, I would continue working with our Support Team. It may take some time for them to investigate the issue, but they will get back to you as quickly as they can.

    For those that still need to get in contact with our Support Team, they can be reached from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”.

    Troubleshooting didnt solve the problem

    As i wrote in first post....i opened a case
    Got auto mail and thats it

    If Kabam support not responding to my open case what can i do?

    This is an ongoing issue this happened to me during the spring cleaning event and I missed out on the entire thing. I emailed your support team multiple times for days and it took over a week to restore me access to the unit store and buy that time the spring cleaning event was over and you didn't respond to me once on this forum. The bug is still in the game and now it's affecting other people so now you decide to say and do something. Again, this bug has been going on all year. If you had listened to me back during the spring cleaning event maybe you would have found the source of the bug and prevented this from happening and getting as bad as it is right now. This is what the community is talking about. You ignore players with issues until it affects the entire community and then you decide to deal with it. You need to be more proactive.

    I should also mention that I lost access to the unit store after purchasing your Spider-Man piggy bank. Funny the same issue is happening again and another Spider-Man piggy bank is in the unit store. How have you not figured out that the Spider-Man piggy bank is somehow causing players to get locked out of the unit store. It's obvious.
