what is kabam going to do

there is a lot of unrest about mcoc on youtube.
i am also worried about mcoc.
for mediocre players it is already very difficult to get through act 6
and often you buy units to get a good 6*
do they take the complaints seriously?
that's my question to kabam

    lol get good, act 6 is a joke and 5* are more than enough for it.

    for those who have played the game 5+ years know that it takes time to progress. some people had to wait a year or 2 before being able to beat act 6 due to lack of specific champs(nodes and content were also nerfed compared to what it used to be) now a lot of new players are crying cause they cant beat content within a months time.... new generation of players and people in general know nothing of patients and working to improve.
