I can’t see the crystal or any of the shards anywhere.

    That’s exactly what mine looks like, i have 6,000 and can’t even open the crystal cause the crystal is not even there. only way i can see the qty of shards is pressing on the box when it’s blacked out. Weak. Since the update, it’s been like that. What’s up Kabam??
