units problem?

I BOUGHT 75k worth of arena crystals with arena points i saved and got over 3 stacks of 75 units and i only got 75 units, i’m not letting this go because it took me a while to save that, check the game files do what u gotta do, i’m not letting this go , my username Ben10lmaoo

anyone else suffer the same fate as me?

    Hey @ben10lmaoo, the Items you receive from opening Crystals are determined by the drop rates.

    If a Crystal has a 20% chance to award a specific Item, it's possible to open a million of those Crystals and never obtain that specific Item because there's always going to be an 80% chance that each Crystal you open won't award it. However, it's also possible to open a million of those Crystals and obtain that Item every single time! In either scenario, it wouldn't be a bug, it's just how drop rates work.

    Drop rates apply to all Crystals, not just the ones you open. Each Crystal opening is independent and unaffected by previous Crystal openings.
