Reverse a purchase

I started a purchase reversal ticket and kabaam said they would reverse it but they have to do ot within 3 days of the transaction but I need to prove I am the owner of the account. I answered their questions but they have yet to do the reversal. So the question is if it's longer than 3 days do to their own fault will they still be able to reverse it? Anyone else experienced this?

    Hey @Zeus_1608, our Support Team's response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is.

    As long as you've let them know about the accidental purchase as soon as you realized it and you haven't used the Items obtained from the purchase, they should still be able to reverse it for you. However, if you would like to make absolutely certain, I recommend reaching back out to them by replying the the previous Support email you received.
