war season awards

They did not give me the war prizes for this season, I played all 4 and only for one for not arriving, I could not claim... it seems unfair to me because I put a lot of effort into the games and we ended up in gold... Please solve that and give me my prizes:(! It can't be that just for not reaching 5 they don't give you anything. It's over just to get to 5
