Need help please

Hi, a few people in my alliance keep saying that they get emails every month, this email provides several stats that they have achieved in the previous month. Highest combo, biggest crit etc. Does anyone know how I can get this please, my email is linked to my account but I can't seem to find an option to receive this email.
Please see example of what I mean. Thanks in advance for any help

    There was a thing that popped up a while ago where you could register for it.

    Haven’t gotten an email yet though

    Hey there, you can reach out to our Support Team to opt-in to these emails. You can reach them from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”. You can also reach them here.
