Description of the Issue: I used my 5* r5 awakened Apoc in a tier 5 Alliance War. I fought a killmonger on Node 22, a moleman on 26, and Elsa on section 9 lane 2. I selected the Sick and Tired tactic but despite having 3+ debuffs at times, the defenders were never heal blocked. I confirmed with my alliance mates and some appear to have it working for them while others don't.

    I had it heal block my own champ, boss fight as well as aspect of evolution mini boss, neither have heal block on node and mangog and skrull don’t have it in kit

    Sick and tired didn’t work for me this war either - ruined our war because couldn’t counter fights should’ve been able to

    I’ve had the heal block on opponent work properly for me, but it also heal blocks me when I have 3 debuffs so it’s kind of a double edged sword.
