I think my +5 6-star sig stones from the bonus bundle disappeared?

Has anyone else encountered this. I think they may have actually turned into +1 6-star star sig stones in my inventory. Am I missing something obvious?

    I got a +50 sigle signature stone. I guess that was it

    I think that was from a previous tier. The 20 +5 6-star sig stone crystals came in the bonus bundle, and I opened them in my crystals tab, but now I don't have any of them as +5 sig stones in my inventory, just +1 sig stones

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first try to go through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you have.

    If that doesn’t solve the problem and you believe there are still sig stones missing, I would get in contact with our Support Team, as they are best equipped to look into account records and find if the correct items were allocated, and to help get them back if they weren't. They can be reached from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”.

    So for me, the one +50 stone and the other +5 stones are all generic stones, and they just appeared in my inventory. There were no crystals to pop. I had to look later as at first I didn't even notice the +5 stones at a glance, as they blended in with other stones I had in inventory. Just a suggestion, double check as maybe they are there blending in.

    @Kabam Zibiit im having same issue …. 50 +1 6S stones missing after I used one. Game froze and when I re started app they are missing.

    Here’s my issue - I did a support ticket, got the email to verify my account, but I can’t remember my in-game password.

    Following links to reset in using Chrome Browser it keeps saying I must enable cookies in Safari (again on Chrome browser) and won’t send email to reset password.

    Help!
