Further Postponing AW Season 36

We have found the source of the issues that resulted in a problematic launch of AW S36. We have the fix in place today, but we want to make sure that we aren’t entering the weekend/next war without total confidence in the fix.
As many of you have suggested, we will be delaying Alliance War Season 36 until next week (Starting Wednesday, Aug 24th) so we can make sure there will not be any issues when the season starts. The season will be shortened to 3 weeks, and the minimum participation to get rewards will be reduced to 3 wars.
We are not able to freeze War Rating for these wars, however, as doing so could potentially create more dramatic issues. Please keep that in mind when deciding how to approach the next couple of wars!
We will also be sending a small package of war boosts to all summoners who are currently members in an alliance as a thank you for your patience and as an apology for the frustration this has caused.
An in-game message will be going out soon. Thank you all for your help in identifying the nuances of this issue.
