  Counter intuitive to have a system that encaourages spending by rewarding it, yet not tell the players about it to encourage spending.

  We been knowing this. Now y kabam would out right lie about it multiple times publicly???? Well, it is kabam. Shouldn't be a shock to anyone. And there is another thread on this
