Negative red units

I have somehow acquired a large amount of red units and I want to be brought back to a zero balance I did not purchase anything for it to be put in negative and I wish to be brought back to zero without paying money that I don't have and didn't use in the first place.

    Submit a ticket to Kabam Support. You get those because you asked for a refund through either Apple or Google instead of Kabam.

    Only way you would have Negative Units (red) is if you bought something and then asked for a refund from either Apple, Google, or your Credit Card, or if otherwise your purchase method was subsequently denied by the processor.

    If it wasn’t you, are you sure someone else with access to your stuff didn’t do that ?
    Or you made a purchase and then parents, wife, etc, didn’t ask for the refund of some “mysterious” purchase ?

    I don't know how but I got negative Units even though I didn't buy anything and as far as I know nothing has been refunded. And I don't have the money to buy them off. Is there any other way I can get my units back?

    If you don't have the money to pay for units then your only other way is to grind the arena until they garnish every unit you owe to clear the debt

    You cannot pay down the debt that way. Your only option is to purchase down the debt via the unit store.

    And for the record they are Contest Credits, calling them units likely leads to mistaken beliefs about this possibility.

    I wonder how often this type of problem occurs around events where units are really useful.
