Original in game name

To submit a request related to account Kabam is asking me the original in game name.I forgot the original in game name as I changed it a long time ago.Is there another way I can submit a request without needing the original in game name?
If anyone was in a similar situation how did u deal with this problem?

    They're pretty restrictive with these things but here's a tip that might help ya, if you have your photos backed up you can search for screenshots around the time you created the account in, you may find a screenshot of a crystal opened or a new rankup that shows the account name
