Need help with account recovery for forgotten email

I know that support regarding accounts are not provided on forums but sadly I have no other option. I have tried raising tickets but support team can't resolve the issue.

In 2017, I linked my game progression with Kabam ID using a different email. That email used is no longer available and I don't remember it.

You can change the email even if you don't remember the email linked, we just have to mention it. I have raised tickets multiple times especially mentioning the same. to verify my ownership of account I have provided all other 4 details, except Kabam ID.
But the support team always asks for the one details I don't have and creates a deadlock situation.

While I appreciate the measure Kabam is taking to protect account, this is really hampering the real support required.

    Hey @ALTIAR, the account verification process is in place to help protect the security of your account. It also helps to ensure the agent responding to your request is viewing the correct account details on our systems.

    I understand it can be frustrating to be asked for information which you're not entirely sure how to obtain. However, the verification process is something which is constantly being reviewed and updated to help make it as effortless as possible for players to confirm their ownership of an account while maintaining a suitable level of protection to prevent someone from making changes to an account which they didn't create.

    With that being said, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to help with any account-specific issues or the account verification process. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback about the information needed to verify your ownership of an account, I recommend sharing them with our Support Team.
