Heavy Attacks Activating With Single Tap Inputs

Basically the title but its now happening almost every single fight where my champion will heavy attack on inputs that are less than a second long, it happens without warning and in the middle of combos and almost guarantees my death. Its gotten to the point where I've lost several bg matches because of it.

    At least your getting heavies, my doomslap fails to happen 70% of the time which leaves me open to a punch in the face.
