Account banning

Hello. I am have been playing this game for almost 1 an a half years. I recently logged into my account and I saw that I have been permanently banned from entering my account. I would really appreciate it if I got some feedback about the banned on my account. I am a huge fan of the game. Please help me. Thanks take care and God bless

    @Lucas6074 you must've done something against the rules, whether third party software or whatever. Whether you did or not you will find them very unhelpful giving you canned responses, and this thread will get closed down lol. Good luck.
