I’m seeing people ask why quit because of a 7 day ban and not just come back? It’s not because of the ban itself. It’s because I feel like I’m being punished for being on top. I, as a player, want to be on top. That’s just my preferred way of playing, everyone has their preferences. If I get banned for it, why spend? Why play at all? It just feels like a slap in the face. Again, just my preferred way of playing, not saying this is how everyone should play.
If you are truly upset that your name is being dragged through the mud and there’s false accusations, wouldn’t you want to prove them wrong? I’m not say you cheated and I’m not saying you didn’t, but you are giving the appearance of a cheater by quitting after being banned. You seem to have some pride when you talk about all these accusations thrown at you, so if you were a legit player, I would think you’d want to clear your name. Sure, it might take a some work and a lot of time, but if it’s really that important to you, it seems like you should come back and show people you’re not a cheater. You know what the truth really is, so maybe they did finally catch you and now you have to give it up, but your actions appear to confirm the accusations you say are false.
I love how the forum all seem to think with 1 collective brain and can't think for themselves lol. I don't care if he's lying/cheating or not but I didn't take away from his post that he wants it reversed and for everyone to believe he wasn't cheating, I took away that he was trying to raise awareness of something (which i dont doubt in mind happens every now and then) and that he's come to the conclusion to leave the game.
So, your saying we should just trust that you didn't cheat because you said you didn't? I wonder if anyone who has cheated and got caught has ever tried such a elegant defense as this.
Also, quitting the game after getting banned for cheating is like quitting a job after getting suspended for stealing.
Second, I would go back at it and record all matches, especially those in high tier ranks or against those who are "calling you out". Doing this would make those "calling you out" look foolish if game play showed realistic accomplishments that can be done without mods.
This is what I’d do. I’d ask a buddy to friendly me, I’d re-create the matchup and show what I did.
For example, one of the matches that you were accused of was Stark spider man vs Peni Parker in 38 seconds. I’m not saying that’s impossible and you’re definitely modding, but you can see why it’s raising suspicions.
You’re absolutely not guilty until proven, but equally the playerbase is within their rights to raise suspicion.
I’d recreate it, see if your strategy could get Peni down that fast and then show people.
Yeah sure, you can always friend them for a rematch but I bet they still won't believe it. You could have easily turned of your mods before the friendlys match. I don't know how long it would it would take to turn them off, but probably depending on how long it takes you to send that request then they might think you used that time to turn them off. Just a thought.
Buddy i believe you , i ve suffered from their unfair actions , once they zeroing my solo for no reason , and their reply was you re cheating which is not true .

Well.. I mean if you record a fight and share it with your mods on then it’ll be obvious to everyone. Code Dagoth did that to try and prove himself innocent and people could tell from a mile away it was modded gameplay.

Was that the near 100% crit rate Scorpion against Rintrah? That was a good time.
IMO Kabam can very easily check out how much damage was dealt with basic hits, specials, dot e.t.c. Most likely if fight was finished very fast then they probably can check how much damage was deal each second and from what source. It cannot be that they ban people because too many players reported one account or just based on fight duration time. They know everything.
You sound like an articulate and genuine young man. I'm sorry that was your experience. While I won't comment on whether you were cheating or not (not because I don't believe you only because I don't have any information regardless), I can speak to being ostracized online. You need to develop thick skin online. For some, that is easier than others. Some people are sensitive, and that's okay. Nothing wrong with being a feeler. Just remember at the end of the day, the only people that can hurt you are the ones you give that power to. I've had my own experiences with it, and I've learned to see it for what it is. People in pain trying to hurt others. I stick to those who are respectful and supportive, and don't give time to those who are only trying to bring me down. There are always people who do support you. More than those who want to put you down. Take care of you, kiddo.

Kabam doesnt ban for no reason. Reports dont cause a ban, they investigate with reports. He is "trying to make excuses about cheating.
Ok, first of all, don't post selfies of yourself in the forums. It's not safe to give identifying information as an adult, let alone a minor.
Secondly, we do not ban based on the number of people that report you. As we have said before, Reports point us in a direction to look. We investigate the reports and look for Mods, etc., and do not take anybody's word for it.

We don't ban without reason.
