Are the first few lines in this mail supposed to be there? kabam have really slipped up the past few days lmao.

    Lots of acronyms there. Can some gaming insiders lend a hand?

    Assuming:

    LTV is long term value?
    KPI is key performance indicator?
    DAC I’m not sure
    PRG is progression level?

    It maybe looks like a template for in game mail about new features they are releasing except for the part about improving revenue. Interesting peak behind the scenes for sure.

    This screams of a new middle management email I'd get asking to justify all the projects upper management told me to work on. I don't miss office jobs.
