Is it legal to have two seperate accounts (both are mine) in one device? Or have to maintain different devices..

    You can switch between them on one device. Many have multiple accounts and do this, it just needs to be you playing on the accounts.

    I have 3 accounts, play them all on the same phone and have for years now

    You can have multiple accounts and devices, as long as you’re the one playing them.

    As long as you're not using your Accounts to cheat in any way, and both of those accounts belong to you, you're not doing anything wrong.
