  I’ll leave him as is

  He never came to mind whenever I was looking for counters to those match-ups he can't do now so I will continue to use him as I normally do

  I’ll leave him as is

  I wanted to but I can't since they're not going to give me back my t2 dust, it's completely pointless. Ranking him down would be stupid cause I'd be basically throwing t2 dust to the garbage.

  Why are people disagreeing with you. This is technically true, since Miike said he can't refund ascension dust

  Not a big deal I think. He's still a very powerful attacker and very annoying defender. Rank him down for only 2-3 fights? Hell no

  I always had multiple counters for Maestro and whatever other champs Shocker was good at, but I also pulled Red Skull from a Titan recently, so he took Shocker's spot in my deck. My 7* Shocker is also unawakened, so I'll probably just rank down and keep the resources in case I want to r3 Red Skull soonish, or just keep them as backup in case I want to take him up again at some point.

  I have both guardian and warlock unduped at r1, maybe if I dupe one of them I pull the trigger on the rdt. It really pains me to see the shocker I draft and the maestro they draft and knowing i can’t use him.

  Shocker is awesome why would I rank him down? Because he is no longer good for a fight I had no idea he was good for, against a champ I rarely face and has other good counters?

  I can tell you from historical evidence, a majority that use them will either Rank Up a higher rarity Shocker, or just rank down and then re-rank their same Shocker during a level up event. This won't be the case for everybody, but is what has happened for the majority of Champion specific Rank Down tickets that have gone out in the last... I want to say 5 years?
