Valiant Monthly Calendar Error?

While all the rewards were the same in my 2 accounts, I just saw the difference in the crystals that were the reward on the 8th day. Is there an explanation about this?

    So...Valiants only have 2% chances to get a 7 stars

    What I'm asking is why are the crystals received on the same day different, even though my two accounts have the same title? While 1 account only receives the hero's crystal, my other account has a 5 or 7* hero in its crystal content, as well as the possibility of gold or other resources. I question why this difference occurs.
    I used these rewards when I received them and one of them turned out to be a 5* hero regardless of the content. He gave 5* hero and health pot to my other account

    Well its the same crystal tbh its just i think the special valiant are for longer aged valiants

    I’ve been a valiant for a long time and only got the regular valiant crystal. What do we need to do to get the special valiant crystal? Super confused.

    I thought it was something about time as my alt has the normal valiant crystal my main has special since my main been valiant since release and alt got it around epoch release time

    What? You mean it’s for older people or for those who have been valiant for a while? How do they differentiate this in the calendar? The more logical explanation is that it’s a bug. You know like numerous other bugs that exist in this game.

    Its weird maybe a bug maybe is time of account its odd as my main has it but alt doesnt however it is the same crystal just the special has 1 extra item if anything it should just be a normal valiant crystal

    I can’t imagine it’s time of account. That means they have different hierarchies of the same progression level which has never been a thing before.

    Does the account with the better crystal have an active sigil subscription? I wonder if that’s it? My account does not have a sigil.

    Any insight on this? @KabamDORK

    Possibly a visual bug, but I won't know for sure until the team is back in office tomorrow.

    There is no seal on any of my accounts. Also, when I asked my friends in the Alliance, 12 out of 30 people have calendars like this, 18 people have 5-7* karhaman crystals in their calendars, while the others have both 5-7* and source crystals. Also my sub accounts have 2 month valiant accounts, they all have 2 month titles and their calendars are different too.

    This is frustrating surely all valiants should be getting the same crystal? I've been valiant for well over 6 months

    I have also 2 accs, one with sigil who receives only the Standard valiant. The one without sigil has the Special valiant. And its definitely not a Visual bug. Another day, another mess up by Kabam

    Also still no words for missing Valentines Crystals from Last offseason war.

    My crystal was just the ordinary one, but I did pull a 7* Sable, and last month I got a 7* nexus sooo. 🤷‍♂️

    Can confirm it has nothing to do with how long you’ve been Valiant for, I got Valiant right before the last Christmas gift and I’m getting Special Valiant Crystals from the calendar.

    Alright, heard back from the team on this one. The crystals were part of a test we were running internally on our tech stack where at random, some Valiant players received a different Crystal configuration in their calendars. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, however, Coming in April, this will be part of the configuration for all Valiant players moving forward.
