Problems connecting to network (made me lose a 4 star crystal)

Hi I am posting here so that someone from Kabam can look into this issue.

As I was opening a four star crystal, I got the: 'problems connecting to network' error. The crystal kept on spinning for a while without opening. So I was forced to quit the game. When I reopened the game, my crystal was gone and my champs remained the same, neither did I see any new champ. I don't know what I got.

I opened a PHC just before the 4 star crystal and the game did not have an issue, it was only with the four star.

This is not the first time this has happened, and I lost a 4 star crystal in the same way already.

So can someone from Kabam please check out my account and at least tell me what champ I got? My in game name is killshot67ygwfjiq2aecd.png

    Hey there killshot67! Unfortunately, we are unable to access in-game accounts and can not view the details of this specific Crystal opening. However, your concerns about this can be addressed our Support Team. On the game’s Home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a Support ticket.
