I received a 5 star Luke cage out of my 6 star hero crystal

    Hey there RA_4R! Unfortunately, we don't have access to in-game accounts and are unable to view the specific details of this Crystal opening. However, your concerns can easily be addressed by our Support Team. On the game’s Home screen, simply tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”.
