I'm pretty sure this is normal with first run of fgmc they are as posted in picture above "rare drops" of the 2 most recent champions and in fgmc reruns they only say increased chance for the specific champion but use the artwork from the original one which has the 2 champs on it
This is from The Analyzer's channel from November 9th, 2017. It clearly is the same name and picture of the crystal offer but states Blade and Thor as the rare drops.

Last part of this is not true. Rerun yesterday of Void/Gladiator Hulk stated both were increased chance for a recent example. May be true for older crystals though (ie this Thor/Blade crystal). I will be keeping a closer look as I ignore purchasing every subsequent FGMC in the future however.

These are not interchangeable at all. Rare Drops mean that they are rare, and increased Chance means that there is an increased chance beyond what they usually have.
Closing this thread down, because honestly, it's become pretty pointless and is arguing about things that don't really make sense. This is how Featured Grandmaster Crystals work, and you can see so in the many videos that have been posted in this thread.
There is no false advertising or deceit going on, so let's try not to jump to worst case scenarios from the get go.

Ok rerun wasn't the right best term to use but meant with fgmc of older champs
