Missing items after game crashed

I was about to start an arena fight and trying to load 1.5 skill boost to 3 Star Blade because I had 5 in inventory and 2 in overflow. I kept hitting the USE ITEM and it wouldn't take. The system then crashed and said it was down for emergency maintenance. Now when I log back in ALL of my 1.5 Skill Boost are GONE. How can I rectify this? I closed out and went back in and they're still gone.
