How to Change Account Password

This is probably a ridiculously basic question ... Where do we go to change/update the password of our MCOC Summoner account that we use to sign into the game?

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you're not getting the password reset emails!

    Please make sure you've followed these steps:

    1. On the Home screen, tap the Gear icon in the upper left corner
    2. You will see "LOG IN OPTIONS", tap that
    3. If you are signed in with your Kabam ID, you will need to log out. Then tap Sign In With Kabam
    4. Tap Forgot Password?
    5. Enter your registered email
    6. You will then get a reset password code emailed directly to you!

    If the code hasn't appeared in your email inbox, please make sure to check your Spam folder, as some domains and ISPs will filter these emails automatically as Spam.

    If you're still not seeing the message in your email, please write a message to our Support Team, explaining the actions you have taken so far. I hope this helps get you back into the game soon!
