Nebulas powerdrain is not working how to fix this 5* nebula btw

    Mine too nebula's power drain is not working but it's showing when I'm play with her but not working??

    It’s working fine for me. I just wish Nebula would build block proficiency with every shock charge cause in order to really build up those charges you have to take a lot of block damage.

    her power drain is based on shock charges...... No charge No power drain.... I think...never tested her

    Hey there, for those of you who are reporting Nebula's SP1 not draining power, would you be able to tell me if the opponent had any Shocks placed on them when you hit them with her SP1?

    The amount of power she drains and the length of time she Power Locks the opponent is based on how many Shock debuffs are on the opponent at the time, so if the opponent has no Shock debuffs, they would be drained of zero power. On the other hand, if you can place a bunch of Shocks on the opponent, you can drain a large portion of their power and keep them from gaining more for a significant amount of time.

    If the opponent did have Shocks on them when you hit them with Nebula's SP1 and they did not lose any power, could you tell me who the opponent was and what mode you were fighting them in? If it was in a particular quest, could you tell me which one and what path it was on?
