What happened to my account help?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Today when i opened the game my account was gone , game restarted from lvl 1 and all my champs were lost, i already tried to login in and out with my kabam account several times i dont know what can i do at this point help

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Sign in, if it doesn't do it automatically for you. If you're still having an issue, open a Support Ticket.

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging into your account! Please ensure that you are logging in with the same information that you have used previously. Is it possible that you have previously logged in using either Game Center or Google Play?

    Im using ios and my game center is always disabled i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times still no lock

    It is like my kabam account and my game account got seperates or something

    Hi @sdfsdf. If you've ever signed up for a Kabam ID, you can also use this to log in and hopefully get your data back! Unfortunately, we can't deal with account specific problems on the forums more than this but you can contact Support directly from here.
