in Bugs and Known Issues
Hello, i recently have discovered after the arena reset that no arenas have become available to me. I noticed this problem after logging into an alternative account and they were up. I have used different devices, restarted, login and out, etc etc. Please help, i have been waiting for a whole month for mephisto in arena and now the easiest time to pick him up is non existant. This is not fair, i shouldnt have to need to spend units to catch up to other ranks because of this. Please kabam help and make this right.

    Also to be noted is that i have no history completing an arena as well. Please any suggestions or help are welcomed.

    It seems you may have received a temporary or permanent Arena Ban. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be said on the Forum, as discussing actions on Accounts is not allowed. Your best bet is to open a Support Ticket and inquire.

    A what a what a? I havent even participated in arena since medusa? How is that possible.. that they didnt ban me for a week and a half. Then exactly when mephisto hits my arenas are gone?

    No problem. I don't know the circumstances. I just know that's what happens when a ban is in place. Good luck.

    we have seen NO LESS than 50 posts similar to yours

    what we observed out of all those posts (100% of them) are:-
    1) you'll be told the forum is NO place to discuss a ban
    2) you'll be pointed to the forum announcement regarding the arena ban info

    Just so that you know. I'm not here to judge. It is always possible that some bans could be mistaken. Try in-game support ticket instead. Good luck and cheers!

    It appears that your account has been banned from accessing arenas. You can find more on this subject here.

    As mentioned above, the forums aren't the place to discuss actions taken on individual accounts nor can we discuss the details of anyone's account with anyone else. If anybody has questions regarding bans, they can find more information here.
