Logging in issue April 20 2018

Hey Kabam,

I been trying to log in for several hours now and cannot go through. My team is in the middle of AQ and AW and I was not able to direct my crew. Do something please.

    5 hours Kabam since I start trying to log in. Still same.

    I had that problem last night on my iPhone 8 plus. Also a fellow alliance member had the same issue an he suggested deleting the game then reinstalling it. Worked great so give it a try

    Hey Sarroy, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting into the game. If you haven't already, can you please provide some more details regarding this issue?

    - Device make and model:
    - Operating System Version:
    - Game version installed:
    - Specific location the issue is occurring:
    - WiFi or Data (if Data only, Carrier as well):
    - Using a VPN (if so, are you able to connect without the VPN):
    - Troubleshooting Steps Taken to attempt to resolve the issue/results:

    Additionally, some troubleshooting steps which may help to resolve this issue:

    - Try turning airplane mode on and then off.
    - Close out of the app, reboot device, try logging in again.
    - On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account.
    - Uninstall the game, then reinstall.

    - Operating System Version:11.3
    - Game version installed: 17.2.0
    - Specific location the issue is occurring: Can't logged in
    - WiFi or Data (if Data only, Carrier as well): Both WiFi and Data (Mobily and Zain)
    - Using a VPN (if so, are you able to connect without the VPN): Not using VPN
    - Troubleshooting Steps Taken to attempt to resolve the issue/results: Restarted mobile, on of Connections, reboot the game but same issue.
    -Tried using android phone and it is working. But not as smooth as iOS.

    Thanks buddy, it works.

    But for Kabam, the reason behind the incident is still unknown. The file size downloading the game is not small. Don't consider this issue closed until you find out the reason and permanent solutions for this.

    I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.3, game version 17.2, I have WiFi and cellular. I can’t log into the game. It says failed to connect to a network check connection. But I can connect to the game with my Android device.

    Follow Jaffacaked's advice to resolve logging in issue. Take note that you will be downloading almost 1GB total of file to continue playing.
