Lost chaos rift quest due to emergency maintenance

@Kabam Miike I finally had gotten enough master chaos shards to do the quest after weeks of collecting them. I started it right before emergency maintenance began and when I was able to get back in I only had 5 minutes to compete it so I ran out of time. I know emergency maintenance can’t be helped but is there anyway I can get reimbursed the shards or something because like I said it took me weeks to accrue enough to do the quest.

    It's happened every major update.

    Never start anything close to an update, they never run smoothly.

    I remember when I got my Legends Run done back on Hotel Modok, there was a two day Emergency maintenance close to an update. Well, on and off for two days, yet a few people tried their legends run during these days, and others were trying to grind arena, etc. And I just sat there thinking, I'm glad I got mine done earlier, and Why are these people still trying?

    Updates always come with problems. It is what it is, you live you learn. Never try anything time related during update periods.
