Why did you close thread kabam ahab?

Last update I lost access to one of my accounts and kabam ain't helping I've spent a lot of money on it but they keep closing thread both here and when I try and contact them through email

    Kabam ahab why did you close thread when all I'm doing is trying to recover my account. I've stop buying until this is sorted.
