Constant Connection errors/Denial of login

in Bugs and Known Issues
Cannot login (restart/reinstalled) on WIFI/Data. Nothing prevails, still only get the same errors... anyone get the same issue?

    When I try to login via Cellular, I get prompted for more updates (always a diff # of MB to d/l). But then when I hit continue, back to “Failed to log in” error. If on WIFI, straight to error. ixurcnjblend.png
