Fix for Rage Buff in Act 5 and Event Quest

Summoners,
We are preparing to push a fix for an issue causing the Rage Buff in Act 5 and the Uncollected Difficulty of the Event Quest: Masacre and the Mercs for Money to not function as intended. While Rage was still putting a 2.5% of Max Health as Damage cap on any incoming attacks, it was not providing the Fury Buffs that it should have, nor the additional Unstoppable buff from gaining 5 Furies from Rage. This is a server side fix, and does not require any updates to the game. The fix will be live within the next 45 minutes.
