Do not close any case without followups.

I raised 4 tickets till now regarding my account issue but each and every time my case is closed.

If I use the same thread and send them an email again I am getting automated replyed from Kabam mentioned
"Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, this case has been closed.

If your problem has not been resolved, please submit a new case and we will reply as soon as we can
."

Its very time consuming to create a new case and wait for them to reply so my suggestion is to send the mail to the customer if you are satisfied then you can close this case or if you do not reply on this mail in 24 hours this case will be closed automatically.

    JOIN THE CLUB MY FRIEND !!!! I forgot my email address that is linked to my kabam account, and i currently have a 4* daily card that i need to claim or else i lose it but where is KAKBAM ?? nowhere to be found.
