What does Cruelty in Mastery do?

  Cruelty increases the Critical Damage Rating of your champions, which determines the amount of bonus damage your champs do when they land a critical hit.

  Yep, the damage numbers will show up as yellow when you score a critical hit.

  @Kabam Zibiit Awesome! So this means when i score a critical hit(yellow) & if i maxed out my Cruelty from mastery, the numbers will increase, isn't it?.

  sorry to bring this back up again, but @Kabam Zibiit is there any additional insight on what the actual numbers mean, from a calculation perspective when we are talking about critical damage rating and cruelty buffs, especially given that it is one of Ghost's key features?
  
  Any solid information would be extremely helpful
