Here’s what you do

Hey Kabam.
You guys must have the most loyal customer base around. Simply as most of us think this is a great game and a great community.

We’re a forgiving bunch as well as long as you give a little back. Remember the long downtime a bit back. You suddenly actively participated in chat and all was forgiven.

Now things are really bad. Suggest you give something back.

1. A BIG compensation pack, now. Not in 3 weeks time and not in a diffuse time some time after mid next week or week after or slightly later once you’ve assesed... just give it right now.

2. Communicate. ALOT. Send a new update to summarize where you at on every issue at hand, like every 2nd hour.

Thats it guys, that’ll remove the doubts and discussions about a future compensation package and the ongoing communication will keep the questions and doubts at bay.

It’s a win win. It’s Easily done. Why is it not happening?

Those aren't easily done at all. I mean, I get where you're coming from, but a huge package right now and updates every 2 hours aren't feasible.

They're not even communicating every 2 days..lol. They need to do better. Their communication has been sparse to say the least. The game is basically unplayable for a large group of their player base and we don't get official announcements regularly? That's truely unacceptable. Even it they don't have something to report the should report that. It doesn't take a couple minutes to hop on and say Sorry we are still stumped but are working on it...or whatever. Probably don't need every 2 hours but once a day minimum. Not to mention it should be in one spot. Most of there "updates" have been over several different threads so player have to spend time sorting through **** to find out anything. Poor form really.

Lol, maybe not. But say a clear show of effort then. Point is rather that most in here want to be given the chance to be positive about things but must be given good reason to be so.

Thats it. A short frequent update on each and every ongoing issue from within the same post.

You honestly think its that easy? So what you are saying right now is to stop concentrating on the overheating issues with IOS and give you free stuff now....Not at all demanding or anything are you. And you honestly think no one will ever complain again if they give a BIG compensation package? LOL sure sure sure. Feedback can be a double edge sword. They list what they are working on and everyone wants to know the fix and whats being done with leads to more questions and back and forth to the dev teams. I 100% understand why they don't list on-going/working projects. This community couldn't respectively handle discussing it at all.
