Error when purchasing "Choose 1 of 3" unit offer [Title edited for clarity]

I'm getting a unknown error when trying to purchase the 1 of 3 unit offer I have the units and it worked yesterday but today is not working and there's only 10 hours left. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

    We did have an issue yesterday where some users were experiencing issues when attempting to purchase Units themselves, but not when attempting to use Units to purchase an offer. After you've submitted a report to our support team, would you be able to send me a screenshot of what error message you are receiving when trying to get the 1 of 3 offer?
