Are we just supposed to forget?

I mean seriously? Game overload was causing iOS users' phones to overheat, making the game completely unplayable. These known issues delayed the start of Alliance Wars Season 3 by just about a month, and caused others (extreme) duress in their inability to participate in Alliance Quests and Event Quests, blocking access to much-needed resources needed to further progress in the game. It seems that nothing has been done about this, which begs the question: 'are we just supposed to forget that any of this even happened?'

From a purely business-like standpoint, it's best to give some sort of compensation instead of just hoping the gameplaying populus forgets and gets mad at something else (because something'll eventually rile players up again).

It’s not just iOS users that experienced issues. Android had severe lag and it made gameplay nearly unplayable for nearly everyone.

As they have stated, they’re in data gathering mode, to see if all or most problems are solved.
Once assessed, compensation will be looked at.
For the love of God, search the forums, before making yet more inflammatory nonsense threads about compensation.

Hey guys, as we mentioned in THIS discussion, our main objective at the moment is to get the game running as it should again. Only then, will we be able to consider the impact these issues have had on players and discuss what kind of compensation would be suitable to make up for that.

While we don't have any new information to share with you at the moment regarding compensation for these issues, as soon as we do, we'll be sure to provide everyone with an update.
