So i just got a 5 star carnage... he is horrible

After reading his abilities without going deeply into the stats i thought he will be damage beast. Turns our his bleed is absolutely horrible, his cruelty is very weak, his precision barely raises the chance of a crit, and his block proficiency sucks so bad. Please buff carnage he needs it so goddam bad. Since the venom movie is coming out soon its a good chance to buff him.
