lock me out from a ticket no for 18 days

August 1 2018 I send a ticket that my account got hacked by a Russian player he successfully changed my email in my game,now this Russian player ask me for money in return of my account,I send ticket claiming of my ownership of that account but kabam support still investigating for 18 days now and locked me into my ticket no.while the Russian who hacked my account enjoy my account in The Matrix alliance..I’m so tired of this canned message saying we are eager to help you in a fashion time...come on anyone any moderator can help me out
