    If you mean by not spending money, you can play arena and reach those milestones.
    Well you have to commit and ‘play the game’ to get it so technically it’s not free...

    You will get banned if you want to use any third party website, there's no such source.
    Best way to get units in this game is through grinding in arena.

    Also, since you're clearly new here, you get units for completing (and more for exploring) chapters of the Story and Event quests.

    The only ways to get units are to earn then through play, or buy them in the unit store. Do not trust or use anyone or anything that offers otherwise - if you're lucky, you'll just get banned from the game.

    If you're unlucky, you'll get your bank account cleared and credit card maxed out, too.

    This is a fun game; but it takes either time and patience to play, or money as a substitute.
