Unit disappear

Since everyone is complaining about game gliche and kabam,
I notice there is some problem in this update, while opening crystals...
When i open SAC appreciation Crystal i get a reward of 4star shards, 5star shards and 135 units... All good but units was not added to my vault.. Same way when i opened arena crystal same thing happens again...
Kabam do you have any answer in this?????

    They'rent units they are Glory.
    Max units from SAC are 45

    Hey Imrann253, I'm sorry to hear you have some concerns that Units haven't been added to your account successfully! So this can be investigated and your concerns addressed, please reach out to our Support Team by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
