Omega Red's death aura not triggering Gladiator Hulk "Face me"

As stated in the title. The Death aura from Omega red doesn't trigger face me even though it is a passive degeneration field.

Interestingly enough once you build up 10 or more death spores it does trigger face me, but it should do it from the start.
