Hello guys why is the game too slow especially when I try to open crystals in the crystal vault or tab whatever you call it.
And don't tell me its the internet connection because I have played the game for 3 yrs now I know what is required.

Or if that doesn't work at all, deleting the app and redownloading it?
When I update the game I sometimes get mad lag, and redownloading it helps.
If that doesn't work, we also have threads going where we are gathering information on reports like this. If possible, would you be able to provide the information requested in the iOS or Android thread relevant to your device? Thanks!
