You charged me my glory points but didnt not gave me the catalyst fragments ...bought 3 with almost 1500 glory points PLEASE HELP

If you open a ticket in-game with our support team, they can investigate into this for you. You can open a ticket by going to the in the game on the home screen, tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.
